Who You Are

We are seeking a driven Account Executive who will thrive in the legal technology landscape and has a proven track record in SaaS sales or similar. You will play a key role in identifying and converting leads, managing accounts, and expanding our reach in the market. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexities of legal tech or adjacent product, and can engage with prospects to deliver value-driven solutions.

You are a passionate, goal-oriented sales professional with experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in legal or enterprise technology. You possess the ability to connect with clients at all levels, understand their needs, and communicate technical concepts clearly. You are motivated by targets, enjoy working in fast-paced, start-up environments, and are excited to work on groundbreaking projects. You are also someone who enjoys a collaborative team culture, doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats, and values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Lead Qualification

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the document automation and legal tech space.
  • Engage and consult with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Proactively identify ways to add value and present customized solutions that meet client requirements.


Sales Strategy Execution

  • Conduct product demos and guide prospects through the sales cycle, addressing any technical and non-technical objections.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and execute Avvoka’s sales strategy, contributing to our ambitious growth objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, positioning, and product enhancements.


Account Management & Client Relationships

  • Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Support onboarding and maintain regular follow-up to ensure clients maximize value from Avvoka’s platform.
  • Work with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth hand-offs and a seamless client experience.


Market & Industry Expertise

  • Stay current on industry trends, legal technology developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent Avvoka at industry events, webinars, and conferences to increase brand awareness and expand the client base.


Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally with exposure to legaltech, regtech, fintech, insuretech, or enterprise software industries.
  • Proven ability to sell complex or technical products to non-technical stakeholders, with a track record of meetingsales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for simplifying complex concepts and creating value-driven sales narratives.
  • Strong understanding of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships effectively, with a focus on retention and growth.


Other desirable qualities include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, law, or a related field.
  • A proactive approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a start-up environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret client needs and offer strategic, customized solutions.
  • An interest in legal tech and a passion for how technology is reshaping traditional business practices.
